It includes class room training on Milk procurement, processing, Packaging, Dairy equipment, utilities maintenance, power\/energy\/fuel measurement, engineering items inventory management, etc. with visits to VDS, plants and practical performance in the laboratory. Training was followed by written evaluation and facilitated with a certificate.&nbsp;Training&nbsp;sessions were conducted by faculty of MIDFT college and dairy professionals from DudhSagar&nbsp;Dairy and coordinated by Mr. Anil Chaudhari and Ms. Janki Suthar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Certificate Courses Short term training program: Dairy Processing Training was customized according to the requirement&nbsp;along with hands-on experiments.
