Short term training program: Dairy Processing

Training was customized according to the requirement along with hands-on experiments. It includes class room training on Milk procurement, processing, Packaging, Dairy equipment, utilities maintenance, power/energy/fuel measurement, engineering items inventory management, etc. with visits to VDS, plants and practical performance in the laboratory. Training was followed by written evaluation and facilitated with a certificate. Training sessions were conducted by faculty of MIDFT college and dairy professionals from DudhSagar Dairy and coordinated by Mr. Anil Chaudhari and Ms. Janki Suthar.
